Program Description:
Future Doctors is a 5-day summer medical program for high school students to experience the medical field and is administered by Noorishment. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a range of topics in medicine, including anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and clinical skills. The program will consist of a mix of lectures, interactive activities, and hands-on experiences.
During the program, participants will:

• Learn about different specialties within the medical field.
• Develop an understanding of how to collect medical history and how to use it in a clinical setting.
• Gain hands-on experience with basic clinical skills, such as taking vital signs and administering basic first aid.
• Attend guest lectures from medical professionals in various specialties, and have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions.

By the end of the program, participants will have a greater understanding of the medical field and the different paths available to them. They will also have developed valuable skills and knowledge that will benefit them in future academic and career pursuits.

Acceptance of Terms:
By applying to, paying tuition for, and participating in Future Doctors, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the program.

Eligibility:
To participate in the program, you must be a high school student who will be entering grades 9, 10, 11, or 12 in the fall following the program. Exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be admitted at Noorishment’s discretion.

Program Fees and Payments:
The program fee is $2,100 per participant and is due according to the issued payment schedule. Promotional codes, discounts, and/or referral codes may be used at Noorishment’s discretion. Scholarships are available and will be awarded at Noorishment’s discretion.

Refund policy:
Cancellations made 15 or more days prior to the start of the program will be entitled to a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start of the program will be entitled to a full refund, less a $300 supplies fee. Students will get to keep the supplies they have paid for.

Satisfaction Guarantee Policy:
At Noorishment, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience that meets the needs and expectations of our participants. We stand behind our program and want our participants to be completely satisfied with their experience. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy for Future Doctors.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the program, please let us know by the end of the second session day (4:30pm). We will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have, and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will offer a full refund of the program fee, less a $300 supplies fee. Students will get to keep the supplies they have paid for. To be eligible for a refund, the participant must have completed the first day of Future Doctors in full and made a good-faith effort to participate in all program activities.
Please note that the satisfaction guarantee or money-back policy applies only to participants who have paid the program fee directly to Noorishment.

Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any behavior that is disruptive or violates the rights of others will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program and forfeiture of any refunds.

Transportation:
Transportation to and from the program site is the responsibility of the participant and/or parent/guardian. Participants and/or parents/guardians are responsible for the timely pick-up and drop-off at the program.

Liability and Disclaimers:
Participants are responsible for their own actions during the program and assume all risks associated with participation. By participating in Future Doctors offered by Noorishment, you acknowledge and agree to the following liability and disclaimer terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in the program involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and emotional distress. You voluntarily assume all such risks and waive all claims against Noorishment, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives for any harm, injury, or loss that may occur as a result of your participation in the program.
2. Medical Condition Disclosure: You agree to disclose any medical or health condition that may affect your ability to participate in the program or require special accommodations or treatment. You understand that Noorishment is not responsible for providing medical care or treatment, and you agree to be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary medical care or treatment during the program.
3. Safety and Health: Participants will be required to comply with all safety guidelines and emergency procedures and agree not to leave the campus location during session hours (8:30am to 4:30pm).
4. Release of Liability: You agree to release and hold harmless Noorishment, its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liabilities arising out of your participation in the program, including but not limited to any personal injury, illness, or property damage.
5. Program Changes and Cancellations: You understand that Noorishment reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or for any other reason. In the event of a program cancellation, Noorishment will refund the program fee paid by the participant, but is not responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred by the participant as a result of the cancellation.
6. Use of Likeness: You agree to grant Noorishment the right to use your name, image, likeness, and/or voice in any promotional materials or media related to the program, without compensation or prior notice.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Intellectual Property:
All materials and content provided during the program are the intellectual property of the program organizers and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Termination:
Noorishment reserves the right to terminate the participation of any participant who violates the terms and conditions outlined in this document. In the event of termination, no refund will be provided.

Parent/Guardian Consent:
Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian acknowledge and sign that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

Amendments:
Noorishment reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately.
If any changes are made to these terms and conditions that materially affect the participant’s rights or obligations, we will make a reasonable effort to notify the participant and their parent or guardian of these changes via email or other method of communication provided by the participant or their parent or guardian.
By continuing to participate in the program after any amendments to these terms and conditions, the participant and their parent or guardian acknowledge and agree to the updated terms and conditions. If the participant or their parent or guardian does not agree to the updated terms and conditions, they must immediately notify us in writing and discontinue participation in the program. Refund policies apply.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By submitting the program fee for the Future Doctors summer medical camp offered by Noorishment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
